End user license agreement

License grant
Subject to these terms and your plan, you may install and use the Cognito CX desktop application on the number of devices your plan allows.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the application except as permitted by an agency agreement, or circumvent license checks.
Open-source components
The application includes open-source software licensed under its own terms, including Murmur (MIT). Those licenses govern those components. See open-source notices.
Offline use
The application stores a signed license and continues to work offline for a grace period after it expires.
Termination
To be completed following legal review.
