How it works
From preparation to report in five steps.
Cognito CX runs on your desktop, next to the meeting app you already use.
Steps
Step 1: Prepare
Create the meeting, add participants and your goal, then paste notes or import TXT, MD, PDF, DOC or DOCX files. Review the extracted text and mark the facts you have verified.
Step 2: Connect your provider
Add your OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter key, pick a primary and a fallback model, and run the built-in connection test. Keys are stored in your operating system keychain.
Step 3: Start the call
Join Zoom, Teams, Meet or any other app as usual and press Listen. Cognito CX transcribes your microphone and the call audio on your device. No bot joins the meeting.
Step 4: See suggestions
When a question is detected, the copilot shows what they are asking, a possible interpretation, and a short suggested response with its sources. Use one-click actions for more.
Step 5: Review the report
When you end the meeting, you get a summary, decisions, action items, open questions and preparation gaps — saved locally and exportable.
