Terms of service

1. The service

Cognito CX provides desktop software and an account service for real-time conversation assistance. Suggestions are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to say; you are responsible for your statements.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Comply with laws on recording, transcription and notice or consent of participants.
  • Keep your account credentials and API keys secure.
  • Comply with the terms of any AI provider you connect.

3. AI providers

Connected AI providers are third parties. Their charges, availability and data handling are governed by your agreement with them.

4. Plans and fees

Fees for paid plans exclude AI provider charges. Plan limits are described on the pricing page. Paid checkout will be offered when billing launches.

5. Interruption

We will not terminate a meeting in progress because of a license or billing change, but features may be limited afterwards.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To be completed following legal review.

7. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to these terms.
