Privacy notice

Summary

Meeting audio and transcripts are stored locally by default. If you enable a cloud AI provider, relevant meeting context is sent to your selected provider according to its policies.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a hash), organization membership and role.
  • License and device information: plan, seat assignment, device identifier, device name, operating system and app version, activation dates.
  • Inquiries: what you submit through our forms.
  • Product analytics: aggregate usage counts and error rates. Never audio, transcripts, suggested answers, preparation content or participant details.

Information we do not collect

Meeting audio, transcripts, preparation documents and AI suggestions are processed and stored on your device. We do not receive them. If you enable a cloud AI provider, relevant meeting context is sent directly from your device to that provider, not through us.

How we use information

  • To provide and secure your account, licenses and devices
  • To respond to inquiries and support requests
  • To understand aggregate product usage and fix problems
  • To meet legal obligations
